RGP’s core technology is a patented system based on an engineered anaerobic bioreactor made of fiber-reinforced plastic (“FRP”) containing “Bionest” structures to retain microbial content, providing high digestion efficiency at operating temperatures between 20°c and 39°c – appropriate for many global climates and regions.

RGP Systems are efficient, reliable, scalable and require minimal capital investment. RGP’s anaerobic technology is highly efficient at treating high lipid content wastewater with a loading rate capacity of more than 20kg/m3/day for an HRT of less than 24 hours, compared to competitive technologies’ HRT of numerous days. Rapid treatment rates and high loading minimizes land requirements and maximizes energy production.
