Dennis Furukawa, Founder and President
Dennis is an architect and entrepreneur based in Hawai‘i and the San Francisco Bay Area. For over 20 years he has developed numerous private and public projects integrating architecture, engineering, environmental science, art and public policy, successfully melding the built and natural environments. His knowledge and experience in organic chemistry, sustainable design and environmental laws and regulations of California led Furukawa to found RGP. He holds a degree in architecture and environmental design from The University of California Berkeley, and also attended the University of California Santa Barbara and Lewis and Clarke College.

Andres Wydler, CEO
Andres is a clean tech executive and entrepreneur. Prior to joining RGP he co-founded smart grid firm BPL Global (www.bplglobal.net) that is widely recognized as a clean tech leader. He grew the company close to profitability through organic growth and M&A, managing all commercial aspects worldwide. Previously, he set up the US operations of a European consulting firm and the Constellation Investor Group (www.constellation.ch). He also was instrumental in the success of various start-ups and intrapreneurial ventures at Macromedia and sgi. Andres earned an MBA from Stanford and a law degree from the University of Zurich. He developed and teaches a course on Clean Tech Entrepreneurship at Stanford University to encourage professionals in Silicon Valley to pursue their own clean tech ventures.

Jim Flanagan, Business Development
Jim has 20 years of experience in the energy industry with a focus on demand-side energy efficiency, renewables and smart grid/load management. He has served key roles in energy public policy and planning, as a consulting business development director, and as a program implementer and evaluator. Jim has served as policy advisor to the California Commissioning Collaborative and as a board member of the National Association of Energy Service Companies. He has also performed extensive work developing and negotiating energy contracts including long term integrated supply and demand side power contracts and multi-year energy efficiency contracts. Jim holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
